What is Amirae?

Amirae is a space to unconditionally look at oneself. We exist in relation, to people, to histories, to experiences that continue to shape us.

The name reminds us of how we are interconnected, contextual, life always happening in reference to other things.

At Amirae Health, we see the whole person in front of us. Not a diagnosis. Not a problem to solve. A person, complex, contextual, worthy of being fully known.

Meet the founder

I am a human being first and a therapist second. I believe every person deserves to be understood, unconditionally held, and truly trusted. I show up with authenticity, empathy, and a genuine willingness to be fully present.

This work is collaborative. I show up with honesty, take accountability, and am always willing to grow alongside the work.

Amirae Health is my lifelong dream taking form, a gift to myself, and a token of my journey as a human being. All I ask is that you take a chance.

All sessions are online via secure video link. You will receive a Google Calendar invite and session link by email. Individual therapy: 60 min. A Little Space: 30 min.

What is therapy, and is it right for me?+
Therapy is a collaborative space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a trained professional. There's no "type" of person who needs it, if you're curious about yourself or navigating something difficult, it can be valuable.
How is Amirae different?+
Amirae is deeply human-centred. We don't pathologise. We see you as a whole person shaped by relationships, context, and history. Warm, honest, and genuinely collaborative, less clinical, more human.
Is everything I share confidential?+
Yes. Confidentiality is foundational to the therapeutic relationship. What you share stays between us, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm) which will always be explained clearly upfront.
How many sessions will I need?+
There's no fixed number. Some find clarity in a few sessions; others benefit from longer-term work. We check in regularly, you decide the pace and direction.
What is "A Little Space"?+
A 30 minute call with no agenda, no commitment, no follow-up required. Not therapy, just room to breathe and someone who will truly listen.
What happens after I book and pay?+
You'll receive a confirmation email with session details and a secure video link. The session is also added to your Google Calendar automatically.
Are sessions in-person or online?+
All Amirae sessions are online, making us accessible wherever you are. Many people find this more comfortable and convenient too.
